LAI Southwest adds 90-ton brake press

PHOENIX, April 10, 2007 -- LAI Southwest added precision bending to its metal-working capabilities with a 90-ton brake press.
LAI is capable of manufacturing finished parts, with in-house cutting, bending and assembly facilities in Phoenix.
The CNC-controlled brake press is capable of producing complex, multiple bends in full metal sheets and parts. Typical steel components include brackets, frames, panels and enclosures.
“The addition of the CNC brake press allows us to move even further toward our objective of expanding to manufacture complete parts for our customers,” Joe Wagner, Plant Manager, said.
