LAI named again to Inc. 5000 list of fastest-growing U.S. companies

Three-year sales growth climbs to 129%

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz., Aug. 28, 2008—LAI International, Inc., strategic supplier of precision components and sub-assemblies for original equipment manufacturers, has announced that it has been named for the second consecutive year to the Inc. 5,000 list of the fastest-growing private companies in the nation.
LAI showed revenue growth of 129.8 percent in the last three years.

LAI, one of 142 Arizona-based companies to make the Inc. 5000 list, shot up 891 places from 3,688 last year to 2,797 this year.

The 2008 Inc. 5000 list measures revenue growth from 2004 through 2007. To qualify, companies must be U.S.-based and privately held, independent–not subsidiaries or divisions of other companies–as of Dec. 31, 2007, and have had at least $200,000 in revenue in 2004, and $2 million in 2007.
